TockyConvNetR is an R package for preprocessing and feature cell analysis of flow cytometric Fluorescent Timer data within the Tocky technology framework. It supports image conversion and implements Inverse Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad-CAM) Gating Analysis tailored for Convolutional Neural Network (ConvNet) workflows.

This is the initial public beta release.
