Installable WordPress plugin ZIP. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, select mermaid-content-blocks.zip, then activate it.

This patch corrects the plugin download instructions and ZIP layout. The archive contains the mermaid-content-blocks/ folder, plugin PHP, JavaScript, styles, and license. The GitHub test workflow validates the ZIP and PHP/JavaScript syntax.
