Chapter 30 adds the first interactive ring-3 user-mode shell for Toyix. This release extends the shared userland runtime with formatted output and parsing helpers, adds user/shell.c, registers the shell as an embedded program, updates the shell smoke path, syncs the chapter text and project docs to the current code, and keeps the full local smoke suite passing.
