Resolved issue with the Sunny Beach 1L Initials erroneously using the Sunny Beach 3L WR Initials.

Wave Race 64 - Speedrun.com Save Generator. This program runs on Windows or Mac and generates a .eep and .mpk save file using the times pulled from the Speedrun.com leaderboards.

The zip is just a compressed version of the Windows executable. Extract and run it as normal.
