The docs-site changelog has not yet been synced for 0.34.0 after the npm release.

What changed

• Synced 0.34.0 from apps/kimi-code/CHANGELOG.md into docs/en/release-notes/changelog.md (3 Features / 4 Polish / 15 Bug Fixes)
• Translated the new English increment into docs/zh/release-notes/changelog.md, mirroring sections, order, and entry counts 1:1
• Merged two redundant upstream entries (last-turn outcome across restarts, fix(agent-core-v2): seed the activity view's lastTurn from the persisted turn.ended record #2648 + feat(agent-core-v2): persist the last turn outcome into session metadata for cold listings #2666) and folded the Windows-install polish entry (fix(kimi-code): select compatible PowerShell for Computer Use #2686) into the new Kimi Computer Use Windows feature (feat(kimi-code): support Kimi Computer Use on Windows #2652)
• Verified with the docs build (vitepress build passes)
