FigOps v0.20.3 is the post-v0.20.2 patch release. It adds declared-versus-actual project structure auditing and reinforces rendering, CJK fallback, MCP trust-boundary, and CI dependency reliability. The full release gate and TestPyPI install smoke passed before PyPI promotion; the public PyPI install smoke passed after upload.
