First hardware release of RackPilot for Raspberry Pi-based server control.

Project status: All items ordered from JLCPCB. Bring-up and functional tests of the manufactured hardware have not yet been documented.

Includes the unmodified manufacturing files from the repository:

• GERBER-RackPilot.zip: Gerber and drill files
• BOM-RackPilot.csv: Bill of materials with LCSC part numbers
• CPL-RackPilot.csv: Component placement data
• RackPilot-NPTH-drl_map.pdf: Supplementary NPTH drill map
• SHA256SUMS.txt: Manufacturing file checksums

The README describes the hardware, repository structure, manufacturing files, and project status. Control software and Airflow DAGs are not yet included. The KiCad sources are available through the V1.0.0 tag.
