Close the padlock on the usage window to keep your limits in view while the tiles below it scroll.

Pinned at the top of its column, the usage window stays put as a long column scrolls, and tiles fade out where they pass under it or reach the bottom of the screen instead of being sliced off. Clicking the limits folds them whether the padlock is open or closed.
