Changed

  • Export envelopes and backup manifests now use a type field as their format discriminator instead of kind (values unchanged, no schema version bump), and project backups carry type: "initiative-project" like the other tools. Files exported by 0.56.0 still import: the editor's import accepts both spellings, and project backups never depended on the field.
