The new-task dialog now matches the task editor: both are built on a single shared task form, so creating a task exposes the same fields as editing one. You can now set the status, attach tags, and fill in custom properties while creating a task — all saved in the single create request instead of only becoming available after the task exists.
The single-project read (GET /projects/{id}) now includes the project's task_statuses (ordered by position), so a client has the status ids it needs to place or move a task without a second call or hunting through existing tasks. List responses stay lean and omit them. The MCP server also exposes the existing per-project task-status listing as a read tool.

In the task editor, tags and custom properties now save with the rest of the form when you click Save (previously they saved immediately on change). The editor warns before you navigate away with unsaved changes, and the new-task dialog no longer closes if you click outside it (use Escape or Cancel).

The in-app MCP server now strips base64 image blobs (avatar and guild-icon data URIs) from every tool result. These *_base64 fields carried no information an MCP client could act on yet often dwarfed the rest of a payload — a single guild icon was frequently larger than an entire task read — so filtering them out reclaims that context for the fields that matter.
Relative timestamps across the app (e.g. "2 minutes ago" on task start/due dates, document cards and detail pages, comments, project activity, trash, import/export jobs, and the My Projects / My Documents lists) now refresh in place as time passes, instead of only updating on a page reload. A single shared clock drives every label, and each one re-renders only when its displayed text actually changes, so even large tables stay fast.
