First public release.

Only three of twenty arms truly stream. C2 ratios 3,530-36,740 against a threshold of 10; the non-causal negative controls sit at exactly 1.

The sole pre-registered ranking metric failed its own validity instrument. Griffin-Lim, zero parameters, scores best on mel-cepstral distance in six states of six. Reported as a property of the metric, as the pre-registration required.

A second measurement sharing no implementation found the same three survivors (offline-vs-streamed cosine 0.9999 versus -0.078 to -0.742 elsewhere). Independent in construction, not in data.

Perceptual quality was not measured. No listening test was run.
