GlanceSearch is a blazing-fast, system-wide floating search utility for Windows. Press a hotkey anywhere, capture any region of your screen, and instantly act on what you see — all without switching windows.

📥 Installation

1. Download GlanceSearchSetup-1.0.0.exe below.
2. Run the installer (admin rights required — it installs to Program Files).
3. GlanceSearch starts silently in your system tray.
4. Press Ctrl+Shift+G to capture your first region.

Requirements: Windows 10 (build 19041) or Windows 11 · 64-bit · ~60 MB disk space

🔄 Auto-Update

GlanceSearch checks for updates automatically on startup (can be disabled in Settings → General). When a new version is available, a toast notification appears. Clicking it downloads and silently installs the update, then restarts the app — no manual steps needed.

🐛 Known Limitations in v1.0.0

• Tesseract OCR (optional, for non-Latin scripts) must be downloaded separately via Settings → OCR
