v0.3.0-alpha1 adds a number of improvements:
- add requires field to package definitions
- install required packages before the requested package
- refuse to uninstall a package required by another installed package
- list packages in alphabetical order
- check morphomin and morphomax against morpho6 --version
- add devinstall, which git clones a package (skips version checks for it)
- detect apt, pacman, or dnf, remember that choice, and add setpackagemanager
