Hypno Gif Generator version 0.32.0

I've completely reworked how the settings for the overlay are stored by the program. These changes have made many of the old settings incompatible and will reset to their defaults the next time the program is run. Additionally these changes are reflected in the configuration files created and loaded by the program, meaning that the affected old settings will need to be restored manually.
