Icon Generator Version 0.2.0

A new version of my IconGenerator program. I've changed the Look and Feel to the Nimbus Look and Feel, I've reworked how the settings are stored by the program, I've added logging, and I've completely reworked how the images are handled by the program. I've also made it so that the program can now natively make circular icons.
