LinkManager 0.4.2 - Quick fix

I believe I've fixed a glitch where sometimes the selection for some lists will seem to have been cleared at random when the program starts up. The issue seems to have been that the selection in the preferences was just being cleared when the model changes, such as when one list is removed from another. The reason why it seemed to be random was because the selection was being maintained by the program, and selecting anything in the list would update the selection in the preferences.
