Link Manager 0.6.0 - Compression for uploaded files

I've made it so that the database file can now be compressed in a 7-Zip archive when it's uploaded to Dropbox, and extracted by the program once it's downloaded. I've also fixed a glitch where the selection would be cleared if the lists are re-loaded.

What's Changed

• 36 database file compression by @Mosblinker in #70
• Tab panels now maintain selection when loading by @Mosblinker in #71
