Rambley4J 0.5.0 Release

Needed to make a quick change to fix an issue with the credits.

This is a functioning build being released to get the UI on Rambley4J right. It still has the debug menu enabled (right click on Rambley to show the debug popup menu). This build requires Java version 11 or later. Just download either the zip or 7z file, open the dist folder, and run Rambley4J.jar.
