Wavelength v1.0.0

First release of Wavelength — get on the same wavelength and listen to YouTube Music in sync with friends.

Install: download wavelength-extension.zip below, unzip, then Chrome → chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → pick the chrome-extension folder. Chrome 111+.

Server: one person runs the relay from server/ (see the README for free hosting on Render/Railway) and everyone pastes its wss:// URL into the popup → Server.

• Start a wavelength, share its 6-letter frequency or an invite link (music.youtube.com/?wave=CODE)
• Play / pause / seek / song changes mirrored to everyone; song switches happen in-app (no reload)
• Leader heartbeat keeps drift under ~2 s; auto-advance at end of song follows the leader
• Ad-aware (free tier): never syncs mid-ad, catches up when the ad ends
• Reconnects automatically; your seat is held for 45 s so blips don't shuffle the room
