Config / KubeJS Changes

• Fixed FancyMenu scaling issues on large displays.
• Changed Waystones scroll logic:

• Scrolls should no longer randomly disappear when teleport cooldowns are still active.
• Scrolls now use an item cooldown instead, similar to ender pearls.

• Improved online shop balloon drops:

• Players who were offline during a balloon drop can now claim it for up to 3 days after purchase.
• Only players who had already joined the server before the drop are eligible.
• New players will not receive older balloon drops, since their account did not exist on the server at the time.

• Create train rollers should now work properly.
• Massively reduced butterfly spawns.
• Possibly some FPS improvements
• Railway bedding can now be crafted in bulk using liquid dye
• Chert ores texture fixed (transparency issue)
