A native QML Home screen for rooted webOS, with an animated room, clock, quotation, and four application shortcuts.

Includes firmware hash guards, local Home backups, a timed trial, explicit boot activation, owned rollback, a paired remote/capture helper, and Tailscale setup instructions. The README and agent guide describe how to adapt it to another device.

The original UI ran on webOS Hub22, SDK 7.5.9-36, firmware 04.56.75. The extracted public installer passes 18 deployment tests and UI logic checks in a fresh clone and GitHub CI. Its companion helpers passed root-state, inventory, display-capture, and remote-button checks on the original device. A fresh end-to-end deployment of this exact installer remains untested.

The attached GIF and MP4 files are actual display captures. The refreshed dashboard demo shows all four character scenes, with a name visible throughout. Hari appears in 60% of frames; Adi and Aadith appear in the rest. Bengaluru temperature and weather conditions remain visible with the owner's permission. The stock comparison's hardware badge stays masked. Existing artwork is retained.
