v0.4.0 expands BUSW Flight Companion from a top-of-descent utility into a more active descent-planning and flight-guidance companion.

• Real NSIS installation and uninstallation testing
• Launch testing through the installed Start Menu shortcut
• WebSocket and embedded-server initialization checks
• Clean application shutdown and process-cleanup checks

Testing status

The new v0.4 flight-guidance functionality has not yet undergone comprehensive validation during a complete live MSFS flight. This release is explicitly Pre-Alpha software. Recommendations and callouts must not be treated as certified or real-world flight-operational guidance.

Known limitation

Uninstalling successfully removes the application files, shortcuts, and registry entry, but may leave an empty C:\Program Files\BUSW Flight Companion directory behind.
