Hawk v0.2.1 - Verified Local AI

Personal private release of Hawk Security IDE with verified Ollama setup. HawkSetup now offers the official Ollama runtime as a selected component. The installer and native first-run wizard require the official ollama/ollama GitHub release path, bounded size, published SHA-256 digest, and valid Ollama Authenticode signer. Hawk detects installed models, recommends a coding model from local RAM, shows the approximate download size, pulls only after explicit approval, configures the loopback provider, and restarts the workspace daemon. Windows Hawk artifacts remain unsigned because no trusted Hawk code-signing certificate is configured. No Apple, Stripe, SaaS account, cloud sync, or telemetry dependency is included.
