@github-actions github-actions released this 14 Aug 15:20

Patch release. rinexfetch is a command-line tool that fetches and
combines RINEX GNSS data from NASA's CDDIS archive for a given time,
constellation set, and set of ground stations, and produces
standards-compliant RINEX 3.xx or 4.xx output for anyone who needs
combined RINEX files: post-processing, analysis, testing, or other GNSS
work.

Changes since 1.0.0

  • Generalized the project's stated purpose. Documentation previously
described this tool as being for GNSS receiver development labs; it
now describes it as a general-purpose tool for anyone who needs
    combined RINEX files.
  • Corrected the README's Reliability section, which incorrectly stated
that retry/backoff on transient network failures and structured
logging were implemented. Neither is implemented; the section now
accurately describes current error handling and lists both as
    outstanding work.

See CHANGELOG.md
for the full list of changes and known limitations, and
rinexfetch-project-plan.md
for the full design.
