- Web — static-first sites generated from data, deployed to S3 + CloudFront with verified live checks; SaaS on Lambda + API Gateway when there is a backend to run.
- AI — Claude-based features inside products: document reading, classification, review — added where a rule engine stops being enough.
- Mobile — native Android today; cross-platform with Expo for anything that needs both stores.
- Operations — infrastructure as scripts with recorded state, content-hash change tracking, off-device backups. The boring parts, done.
