Faster phase detection, inventory false-bar fixes, trickle accuracy, tests

Phase detection now starts ~0.5s after first damage on every boss.
The inventory screen no longer poisons tracking.
Tracker lifetime is now time-based: reset after 30s of continuously missing bar.
Trickle weapons read honest numbers.

F2 resolution menu (1440p/1080p/ultrawide/custom) with a
calibration flush failsafe.
Phases record a ~10Hz time-series CSV next to the graph PNG.

Test Suite
debug_test_suite/test_protoDDT.ahk: 84-assert regression suite - virtual-clock
mirrors of the phase pipeline and watchdog, plus the real pixel scanner
run against synthetic GDI+ bitmaps (including the inventory pill). Run
from debug_test_suite/ so its sandboxed settings.txt can't clobber the real one.
