Added an upgrade feature so you can upgrade the plants to a higher tier.

As you can see in the picture, I finally added a title screen and made a super early version of the settings panel, where for now the only option is to change the fullscreen mode. I also added a simple spark as the game icon.

The Power Grid Game - Pre-release

This is the first relase of this game - there might be some bugs.

This game is only compatible with windows 10 / 11 (only tested on 11) and optimised for 1080p 16:9
