New features:

  1. Vertical blank width
  2. Alert, is blank/sync start is beyond total, so signal wouldn't be issued

Changes:

  1. Real value for sync/blank end is shown, if it goes past total. Width is calculated according to this value. For now I'm not 100% sure, how it really works. Assumption is made according to expected sync/blank width values. Some sources claim, that sync/blank can go past total to next line/frame. But it doesn't seem to be true. And some sources claim, it can't. At least for EGA. In some cases 0 value is used as horizontal sync end for both EGA and VGA, while it's unreachable value. One can think, that it's next line's 0, as it would be expected. But next line's 0 is equal to total + 2/5, that would make sync pulse longer than expected. But if 0 would happen right after total and then several non-addressable clocks would happen - values beyond total wouldn't be addressable. But they are. At least in case of VGA and some 3rd party EGAs. So, for now I expect blank/sync to go off automatically at last clock, so that unreachable value like 0 is equal to RealTotal - 1. Both for horizontal and vertical timings. I'm not sure about vertical though.
