New features:

  1. Engine.dll: New font API to optimize text size calculation, when both extent and width should be calculated
  2. Game.exe: "B" button toggles text background: transparent, extent (red), width (blue)

Fixes:

  1. Engine.dll: Wrong TextOut code, that caused text offset

P.S. I wanted to complete Tetris Demo first, but decided to make intermediate release, cuz it was taking too much time
