Changes:

  1. Internal infrastructure improvements for DOS.drv. It is now possible to create several DOS devices at the same time. This feature is currently unused, as only one device can be active at a time anyway. But it may change in a future. Overall idea - to provide something similar to having several Win32 windows at the same time. But there are some difficulties. Almost all resources are global in DOS. For example mouse can be active for primary display only.
