New features:

  1. EGA.drv: MDA mono modes support is added

Changes:

  1. Small improvements for EGA.drv and VGA.drv to optimize internal data size.

P.S. Errrrr. EGA is little bit complicated. Some features are still unsupported. Different amounts of memory, 64Kb 2bpp modes, some non-standard resolutions.
