New features:
- EGA.drv: Different amounts of memory installed are supported. Amount of memory doesn't affect text modes, as they all require 64Kb only. For graphic modes amount of memory limits number of pages available. 64Kb VRAM is special case. Modes, that require more than 64Kb VRAM, can be 2bpp only (1, ME, 2E).
- EGA.drv: Special 64Kb VRAM modes support. These modes are 2bpp modes with 32Kb VRAM available.
- EGA.drv: 1..16 vertical resolution divisors are implemented for graphic modes. I thought, that this feature wasn't supported by EGA. But then I analyzed it and realized, that it wasn't unsupported. Nothing prevents it from working on EGA, as EGA's CRTC works exactly the same way, VGA's one does. It wasn't used, because no standard EGA modes need line doubling.
P.S. 64Kb modes don't work now. I'm not sure, if it's my fault or that they're still not implemented in DOSBox-X. When I implemented 2bpp modes emulation - they were implemented with possibility of future 64Kb modes support. So, I assumed, that they would work immediately after implementation. EGA.drv is 95% complete. All standard modes are implemented. Only some non-standard aren't.
