The background on the skin appears to be broken (Mostly blacked out with a big thin "X" overlaying it).
I took a look at the file structure and it appears that "White" is missing a "shell.xbx" file (every other skin has one). Sure enough, if I copy the "shell.xbx" from the "Carbon Fiber-White" skin to the "White" skin, it fixes the background and shows off an immaculately detailed spherical wall that is actually white.
