CyAnnota 0.3.6 - Windows

This release adds the official CyAnnota logo and bilingual support.

English by default, with French available from the interface.
Image and video prompts follow the selected language.
The language is stored in .cyannota projects and supported by integrations.
Official logo applied to the Web, portable, and installed applications.
Web and Windows builds validated.
