Changelog:

  • Refactored creation class structure to inherit from brci.ModernCreation or brci.LegacyCreation which themselves inherit from brci.Creation.
    • Updated usage.rst, __init__.py and demos accordingly.
  • New brci.Creation.serialize_creation() and brci.ModernCreation.serialize_metadata() methods generating the file and returning it as a bytearray instead of writing.
  • New brci.Creation.deserialize_creation() and brci.ModernCreation.deserialize_metadata() methods similar to serialization ones, taking a bytearray instead of opening a file.
  • New brci.Creation.get_property_types_dict() returning the property name -> serialization class type dictionary of the given creation version.
  • New brci.BRICK_RIGS_LEGACY_FOLDER and brci.BRICK_RIGS_LEGACY_THUMBNAILS_FOLDER constants.
  • Minor changes to doc/rainbow.py: renamed data: brci.Creation variable to creation: brci.ModernCreation.
  • Renamed brci.Creation.get_version() to brci.Creation.get_file_version().
  • Corrected some incorrectly formatted docstrings.
