FOR NACL SAMSUNG TVS RUNNING TIZEN 3.0 -Tizen 5.0! TEST BUILD ONLY.

So. here's the issue:

Issue one) USB controller input works perfectly however, if the controller is connected via BT, the controller nearly seems to work perfectly, albeit with one issue, that the RB/LB and Triggers button do not recognize any input only via BT, which seems to be a limitation on my tizen 4.0 TV. but in theory... maybe should work fine on other versions? which is why i'd like you to generally test it! otherwise on BT All the buttons are registered correctly!

Issue two) YOU WILL HAVE TO LITERALLY DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT THE CONTROLLER FOR IT TO DETECT! SO if you're on USB, just... unplug and replug as long as you're inside moonlight app. same goes for BT. if you are ALREADY connected before LAUNCHING the moonlight nacl app, it does not seem to detect anything. you have to be inside the moonlight app and then connect the controller!

I have manually rebuilt the wgt straight from docker and attached it here for you to use with Tizen Studio or Jellyfin2Samsung, or similar tools for easier installation.

This is not perfect but it is a start of fixing controller issue.
