What's been done?

Reinstallation feature added.

The articles have been revised, 'Apiutaller shutting down...' and candid comments removed.

Added important part of licenses and copyright information.

Added information for both variables and others for developers who will be using Apiutaller.

Some of the codes have been revised.

Fixed the uninstall being completed in the first stage.

The information section has been removed (there was already information about the Apiutaller version, it was moved to the main window and now the license section gives much better information).

Fixed the Apiutaller closing instantly on an incorrect answer because there was no required section in the main code.

Note: There may be other changes that are not listed here.
