Merged the dev branch into main:

Web interface password protection:
The web interface now requires a password, stored as a SHA256 hash in config.ini. Users are prompted to set a password on first launch.

Only one active WebSocket connection per session is allowed, preventing session hijacking and duplicate requests.

Input validation:
API ID, API HASH, phone number, and codes are now validated and safely handled.
Timeouts and password attempt checks:
Added timeouts for password entry and other sensitive operations.
QR AuthTokenExpired fixed
This error is fixed on web interface

Proxy tunnel improvements:
Proxy tunnels now only start on safe ports.
Added clear warnings about the risks of using public proxies.
Web interface UX:
Improved session token and cookie handling.
Updated the login page design and user experience.

Safer dynamic module loading:
Restricted eval and module loading commands to the owner only.
Hot-reload support:
Added module hot-reloading using a file watcher.
Better error handling for module management:
Improved error reporting and handling during module loading and updates.

Project structure refactoring:
Unified code style and improved maintainability.
Internationalization:
Added new translations and better multi-language support.
Dependency updates:
Updated requirements and improved compatibility with Python 3.8+.
Testing & documentation:
Added new tests and improved documentation.
