Four console fixes, all found chasing one report of a resized client coming
back blank:

- The main console was remounted whenever the layout crossed the 600px
  breakpoint, which emptied its rendered scrollback while the buffer kept
  every line.
- Mini-consoles — the embedded mapper among them — were hidden outright by
  the phone layout's media query.
- The responsive mode was measured from the window rather than from the
  client's own container, so an embedded client read as a phone.
- The console lost its place at the tail on any resize, and re-pinning it
  naively raised the sticky panel instead.
