v3.6.0 — System tray + Toast notifications

What's new

Added

• System tray (pystray) — closing the window minimizes to tray. Checkbox in the top bar to toggle. Double-click the tray icon or choose Show to restore; Exit quits cleanly.
• Windows toast notifications (plyer) — desktop notification fires after every successful trigger cycle. Toggle checkbox shown when plyer is installed.
• Both packages are optional — app works fully without them.
