Fixes

• edit_job now updates backup_jobs.disk.
• Deleting a job now also deletes related job_excludes entries.
• Deleting a client now also removes excludes tied to that client's jobs.

Migration and Compatibility

On startup, the script now:

• Migrates legacy DB files from working-directory-based path to script-directory DB path when needed.
• Ensures historical settings columns exist (log_path, notify_mode, master_key_encrypted).
• Backfills missing/invalid settings defaults without deleting user data.
• Repairs orphaned rows in job_excludes and backup_jobs.
