Release 0.1.1 fixes the test bot dropping the connection before --hold and before sent messages were confirmed (#14, PR #15).

- Interactive bot that reads chat and answers commands.
- Text-to-speech or alert sounds.

- Operations: runtime key rotation, key generation command, built-in TLS, IP allowlists, systemd unit.
