This release is the first stable version of a MLIR Dialect Agnostic Compilation Suite with:

  • MLIR pass infrastructure for CUDA-Q quake and Pennylane catalyst-quantum dialects
  • Dialect Agnostic logical to physical Qubit Mapping using QDMI and MQT-QMAP
  • Substantially reduced build times compared to the previous MLIR version
  • We have incorporated an End-to-End (Input C++ or Python to QIR) testing framework

Known Issues

  • The native-gate set decomposition pass is still under development
  • The Qubit Mapping pass might fail without a proper error message
