docs: fix stale 'Seed Test Suite' product name -> 'The Stem' - #402

14 occurrences across internal/help/* and internal/license/activation.go were copy-paste leftovers from the sibling repo, naming the product 'Seed Test Suite' in CLI help content, a systemd unit Description, and a package doc comment. The canonical name is 'The Stem' (1692 uses). Comments/help text only; build + help + license tests green. Phase 2 architecture coherence.
