this is an online estate management system that enebles tenants to be in touch with their property owner. this enebles them to submit their receipts remotely, thus saving time.
first you will have to create a database entry using xampp. this will eneble you to be eble to recod the data that is being imput at the front end of the site. you will need the four entries that are mentioned. The db is already linked so you wont hav to worry. just change the css and names and the picture too..explainin it you'll have to go through the whole write up that i did.
