V0.1.1

This update provides fixes to many known issues in pre-release v0.1.0.

Fixed:

• Fixed the scheduling deletion problems: Timestamps are now properly managed.
• Fixed User-Auth for Scheduling and Database Restore Operations: Non-admin users could now access these two features.
• Fixed when deleting a schedule, execution history showed as Archived Schedule rather than MethodName_ScheduleID.
• Fixed retry logic: Rework on the retry logic, remove the schedule-retry + fail retry. Now the schedule engine only attempts retry when HxRun is busy. Abort experiment no longer contribute to retry: instead, they raise a "ManualRecoveryFlag" and mark the schedule as inactive.
• Fixed live-streaming not properly showing on desktop access.
• Fixed tray icon raising repetitive termination code
• Fixed the unusual waiting after database restore. Now the connection pool connect immediately after the EvoYeast table is ready.
• Reworked the log system such that the current log keeps under data/logs, the rest data/logs/history, to improve clarity.
• Reworked on the banners/modal to keep consistency acorss different pages.

New Features:

• Introduced additional schedule state: Archived, such that no-longer required schedules could be removed from lists.
• Schedule List now loads both Active and Inactive schedule.

Documentation:

• Cleanup legacy/duplicate code (from CLAUDE/pyqt5 legacy version).
• Generate .gitignore files to ignore build-related files.
• Create maintenance guides for modules (Camera, Database, Scheduling)
