Resize, reposition, and snap any open window to exact pixel dimensions - with presets, global hotkeys, and multi-monitor support.
A single-file, self-contained Windows desktop utility built on WPF and .NET 9. No installer, no dependencies, no telemetry - just download WindowSizer.exe and run.

Window control
- Live list of every open window with title, process, position, size, and topmost status
- Manual X / Y / Width / Height entry with a single Apply
- Per-row Pin Top / Unpin toggle for always-on-top
- Per-row Front button to bring a window forward
- Per-row Select / Deselect toggle to load a window's geometry into the editor

Size & Layout Presets
- Size presets ship with
1920×1080,2560×1440,1280×720,800×600, and1080×1920(portrait) - Layout presets save full position + size, optionally bound to a target process name so they auto-find the right window
- Capture Selected pulls the current window's geometry into the editor in one click
- Add, delete, reorder, and reset-to-defaults - everything saved instantly
Global Hotkeys
- Bind any quick action or layout preset to a key combination
- Inline recorder: click Record, press the keys, done
- Conflict detection refuses duplicate bindings
- Master enable/disable toggle

Storage
- All settings, presets, and hotkeys live in
%LocalAppData%\WindowSizer\settings.json - Atomic writes (
.tmp→File.Replace) - a crash mid-save cannot corrupt the file - No account, no sign-in, no network calls
