Project Kobon - Windows EXE Release

After an unreasonable amount of time fighting with PyInstaller, multiprocessing, bundled viewer paths, and an annoying Rich Unicode crash, Project Kobon finally runs as a standalone Windows executable.

This release includes:

• Solver menu
• Run solver mode
• Run until target mode
• Built-in Kobon result viewer
• Bundled app icon
• No Python install required

This took way longer than it had any right to, but it works now.
