Engineering result
From-scratch WebAssembly 2.0 interpreter in Rust. Full official test/core at the W3C wg-2.0 snapshot (148 files): 54,006 commands, 52,915 PASS, 0 FAIL, 1,091 UNSUPPORTED (all text-format method boundary, itemized per row in the ledger; no semantic exemptions). Cross-checked against the official OCaml reference interpreter built from the same spec commit (148/148 exit 0). CI enforces the full sweep plus an independent double-entry accounting cross-check as a hard gate.
Provenance
Built end-to-end by an AI agent from a single human-written specification (~9 h from spec input 2026-07-17T16:01:48Z to merged PR #1 2026-07-18T00:53:39Z; 3 counted human interventions, all permission/environment; zero technical guidance, zero hand-written code — see intervention-log.md). External review: 6 Codex rounds on PR #1, 29 findings fixed, final round clean. Docs packaging reviewed in PR #2.
Non-claims
No Wasm 3.0 features; no text-format frontend (delegated to WABT wast2json); not a production sandbox; not performance-tuned. "Full test/core" always means the wg-2.0 snapshot.
Reproduce
See README — fresh checkout, ~25 s full pipeline; both gate commands exit nonzero on any FAIL or accounting mismatch. To reproduce the exact frozen numbers, git checkout 3d06be16 (PR #1 merge) or use this tag.
