fix: declare query params on get_logs GET endpoint

Without ?env&url&id&lines_amount in the route, Dioxus generates a GET
request that tries to carry the params in the body, producing
"Request with GET/HEAD method cannot have body" in the browser when
opening the logs dialog. Per the project's Dioxus fullstack design
pattern, every GET parameter must be declared in the route.
